We’re looking for sharp Google Ads (AdWords) paid search expert . You'd be imlemeting google ads , and ad copy for one or two of our Plastic Surgery clients as well as working directly with them. The campigns will be driving leads to popular procedures like Breast augmentation, Facelifts, Coolsculpting, Tummy Tucks, etc, while providing guidance and recommendations to meet their goals.
We are looking for someone with lots of experience- someone that has run Cosmetic Surgery/ Medical AdWords accounts with the knowledge and expertise to hit the ground running! You must have a full understanding of budgets, keywords, conversions, conversion tracking, analytics, as well as setting up and managing campaigns
****Responsibilities include: ****
* Implement, manage, and optimize Google Ads accounts for our medical-aesthetic clients, retargeting to facebook ads , creating camapign urls / perameters to track for google analytics
* Own relationships with clients: monthly check-in calls, one-off emails, addressing questions, and proactively checking in on performance.
* Analyze KPIs like conversions, cost/conversion, and client revenue data to determine efficiency and make changes to the ads accordingly and any recommendations to the client using Google Data Studio
* measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
* Onboard new accounts: Gaining access to clients accounts/walking them through giving access for things like Google My Business, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM Systems
* * Managing Google Ads campaigns, including but not limited to Search, Display Network, Developing client-specific Google advertising strategies, retargeting to Facebook
* Creating and building out campaigns
* Managing budgets- our clienst work with a budget of $2000 a month
* Updating bid strategies making sure the clients are getting scheduled consulations
• Create Weekly reports preperabky using Google Data Studio but if you have anothe rway, we can discuss that too
* Proven experience managing and building client relationships
* Top notch grammar, spelling, and phone communication/client management and relationship building skills
* Positive, professional, confident disposition: You’ll be working directly with Doctors and Marketing Managers who will look to you for advice and recommendations!
•Expertise in Google Ads Editor and understanding the fundamentals of a strong Ads campaign including: keyword sets, ad copy, extensions, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, campaign types, budget allocation, and integration with outside platforms.
* Ability to self-teach new software and platforms through research and question-asking
* Strong sense of organization and tasks management/prioritization/follow-up
* Nice-to-haves: Experience with Zapier/automation, experience with SMS and Email automation with Active campaign, landing page design fundamentals- Shopify experience- add code, and intergrate Leadpages landing page with Shopify . Keyword software.
**Bonus**: Have done successful ppc campaigns from plastic surgeons
* 12 months of experience in paid customer acquisition
* Create and execute structured tests (bidding, landing pages, ad copy, etc) to improve conversion rate and revenue for the paid search channel

* Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
